Great article, I can relate to so much of it. Boundaries are like a muscle that needs to be trained again and again πͺπΌ , otherwise itβs so easy to slip into old ways and then on top of that, be hard on yourself for doing so. Definitely an ongoing lesson for me.

And yes, it can be easy to slip into old habits, especially if they've been deeply ingrained. When that happens, I try to see the lesson in it, forgive myself, and reaffirm my intent to honour my boundaries moving forward. Growth is so rarely a straight line.
